Amidst the times that the world was going through, and as a personal experience, I started to explore the feelings of constraint, of confinement, as a state of the mind.
Feelings of being trapped or being released, as one breath could be enough to temporarily alleviate despair, freedom could just be an illusion rather than a reality.
